Who we are
This Refund Policy is provided by PDFPress ("we", "us", "our") for the PDF Press service at pdfpress.app.
30-day refund window
New purchases and subscription renewals are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date and the usage limit below has not been exceeded.
Usage limit
Refunds are available only if you have not downloaded more than 0 documents during the current billing period or since the one-time purchase.
How to request a refund
Email sales@pdfpress.app with the email address used for your purchase. We will respond as soon as possible.
Exceptions
We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, refund abuse (such as repeated purchases and refunds), or other manipulative behavior. Requests that fall outside the 30-day window or exceed the usage limit may be reviewed at our discretion.
