This Privacy Policy applies to PDFPress ("we", "us", "our") and the PDF Press service at pdfpress.app.

- Your PDF files or document contents
- Rendered previews or output files
- Hidden copies of your uploads on our servers
All imposition processing happens locally in your browser. We do not receive or store the contents of your files.
What we collect
We collect a minimal set of data required to run accounts, subscriptions, and usage limits.
- Account details when you sign in (name, email, profile photo)
- Subscription status and billing identifiers
- Usage timestamps to enforce download cooldowns
- Local preferences stored in your browser (for example, UI settings)
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service from abuse. You can clear cookies in your browser settings.
Third-party services
PDF Press relies on trusted providers for authentication and billing. These providers may process personal information on our behalf.
- Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication
- Firebase for account and subscription records
- Paddle for payment processing and invoicing
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
