Who we are

These Terms are between you and PDFPress ("we", "us", "our"). The service is provided at pdfpress.app.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern your use of PDF Press. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PDF Press.

Use of the service

PDF Press provides browser-based PDF imposition and prepress tools. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use those files.

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security measures
  • Do not reverse engineer or abuse the platform

Accounts and subscriptions

You may use PDF Press without an account. Creating an account enables a free trial and paid subscription options. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for transactions and handles billing, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf.

Refunds

Refunds are available under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

PDF Press and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PDFPress and its licensors. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or other assets without prior written permission.

Third-party links

The service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Availability and changes

We may update the service, pricing, or features over time. We also may suspend or discontinue parts of the service to maintain reliability or comply with legal requirements.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or suitable for every production workflow. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before printing or distribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFPress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
